With my clients who've been struggling with their weight, I have detected energy imbalances. It’s not actually a weight issue at all – it’s an energy issue.

As energetic beings, we can experience energy imbalances for a whole host of reasons. And some of these imbalances manifest themselves in our eating habits and weight.

The key is to identify what the person experiencing weight issues is struggling with. The way to do this is to delve into their energy anatomy – where their beliefs, attitudes, thoughts and motivations can be found.
